ACH Solution USA, Inc Hosts Facility Grand Opening

ACH Solution USA, Inc. hosted an event for customers, industry partners and friends to celebrate the grand opening of their new technical sales office located Sarasota, Florida. The company was founded in 2018 by owners Christian and Claudia Hefner to exclusively represent ACH Solution GmbH, a leading manufacturer of LSR/HTV tooling and turn-key systems located in Fischlham Austria.

The event kicked off at the facility by opening presentations by Steve Broadbent, the General Manager of the newly formed company and Christian Hefner, the owner. Christian Hefner outlined his plans for the new company to better support the company’s U.S. customers.  

Throughout the day, guests had a chance to enjoy lunch and meet with industry peers, injection machine suppliers and silicone suppliers, while viewing the molding cell utilizing one of ACH Solution’s standard valve gated cold runner systems used for prototype development. The mold was running on the company’s new tiebarless Engel Victory 200/130 hy-tech machine utilizing an integrated Viper 20 robot for part removal. The LSR dosing system used to supply material was the ACH MaxiMix 2G dosing system. Also on display was the ACH MiniMix 1L dosing system.

After the open house, guests moved to the nearby Zota Beach Resort where they had time to enjoy the pool and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico beach before a cocktail reception and dinner.
