A1 Tool Corp. (Melrose Park, Illinois) announces the launch of its newly customized website, which has been given a new design and layout for a more user-friendly experience.

The homepage has been dedicated to showcasing the company’s offerings in custom injection molds—including stack, two-shot and A1 Tool Corp.’s SET (Supported Economic Tool) mold designs—as well as its services for consulting and creative and engineering and its breadth of OEM services. Each section has also been made more intuitive; users are guided through design features, examples, white papers, A1 Tool Corp.’s design process and a link to easily contact a representative.

Determining pricing has also been simplified. Users can automatically calculate cost per part by giving information for number of finished parts required per year; material cost per finished part; cycle time in seconds; number of cavities; current scrap rate; molding press cost per hour; mold cost; and number of shots warranted.

Additional resources including case studies and videos are offered under the “Resources” tab in the navigation bar.
