COVID-19 may have prevented the MMT team from visiting our 2020 Leadtime Leader winner in person, but we still sat down with the team “virtually” to help share their story.
Here I chat with Precise Tooling Solutions’ Owner Don Dumoulin about the company’s mission, history, specialty and lead times.
Here I check in with Josh Jeffries, Precise’s Director of Manufacturing about the company’s essential machining and software technologies.
Next I speak with Brian Rose, the Tool Productivity Program Manager at Precise to learn about the shop’s mold maintenance, repair and engineering work.
Then it’s onto John Rowe, Precise’s Marketing Manager and the Manager of the company’s ErgoSmart business unit. He shares his insights on marketing strategy, customer service and the history and success of the ErgoSmart workstations and lift tables.
Lastly, I meet Leadman Apprentice Beau McKinney and EDM Apprentice Trent Ford who join Owner Don Dumoulin to discuss their current and future path at Precise Tooling Solutions and how the company’s workforce development and training program has helped them succeed.
