Southwestern Industries/TRAK Machine Tools showcases its three-axis bed mill and CNC technology at Amerimold. The DPMSX2P from Southwestern Industries/TRAK Machine Tools three-axis bed mill is designed for small lot work.

Blum introduces Digilog brand touch probes as solutions for digital and analogue measuring tasks. The Digilog touch probe from Blum is designed for high-productive machining centers.

Erowa says that its clamp elements are simple to handle and serve a wide variety of applications while decreasing set-up times, increasing machining times and improving productivity. Erowa has its CleverClamp system on display at Amerimold 2018.

Heidenhain introduces software that enables users to track and evaluate machine status from remote devices. StateMonitor software from Heidenhain enables users to view the status of connected machines on tablets and other devices.

Hirschmann Engineering introduces a dielectric fluid that uses satellite electrodes to increase electrical conductivity and act as an insulator in the spark gap. The IonoPlus 3000-US dielectric fluid from Hirschmann Engineering is shown here.

Hasco stack mold components increase production output and efficiency while decreasing costs. Hasco stack mold components come in two sizes.

PowerMill 2019 from Autodesk has Automatic Tool Tilting. The user defines the required shank and holder clearance distance and PowerMill does the rest. Autodesk features its latest version of PowerMill at Amerimold 2018.
