GPI Prototype will exhibit a variety of 3D-printed metal parts for industries including medical, defense, aerospace, industrial and consumer goods.

Geco manufactures injection molds as large as 45 tons for the production of plastic parts through technologies such as bi-component injection, gas-assisted injection, MuCell-assisted injection, over-molding, back-injection, multiwall-injection and more.

FiberStar laser engraving systems from LaserStar Technologies can be used to letter, mark or permanently engrave most metals and plastics, and some ceramics.

Superior Die Set will showcase its Threadformer core unscrewing device, which uses a powerful hydraulic motor and a fixed mechanical dead stop to achieve core positioning accuracy.

Stratasys' booth will feature an Objet260 Connex3 3D printer building injection molding tools in digital ABS material that will then be installed and run on a Boy injection molding machine.

RobbJack will highlight its DM/MDM end mills, made from a carbide material and coating combination said to last 450 percent longer than comparable tools designed for hard-metal applications.

Schunk's Tendo Slim 4ax hydraulic expansion toolholder is designed for axial operations and applications that require milling close to interfering contours, countersinking and reaming in five-axis centers, such as in the die and mold industry.

The North American division of China’s Kenmold provides U.S.-based project management and customer support for the precision injection molds, complex injection molds, over/insert molds, two-shot molds, shuttle molds and hot runner molds it manufactures.

The Amerimold Expo begins is just two weeks. But first, here’s a list of some pre-show planning tips that will help make your Amerimold experience the best ever:

If you know of a company or some products and services you’d like to see up close at Amerimold, then add that exhibitor to your list using our user-friendly “My Show Planner.” It only takes a minute or two to set up your personalized account. Use it to find exhibitors, sort by location and add personal appointments to optimize your time at the show.
Once you have created your My Show Planner account, use the Amerimold Floor Plan tool to search for exhibitors, booths, product categories and more. When you have found something that you want to be sure to see, click on the star icon located within the company description, and that company will automatically be added to your show map.
Our “Search the Show” tool provides Amerimold attendees with a variety of resources, including a list of featured exhibitors, press releases and a list of North American mold manufacturers.

At the show, be sure to stay later on Wednesday, June 14, and attend our Leadtime Leader Awards cocktail reception, followed by the very popular Casino Night Networking Reception. The fun begins at show close, which is 5 p.m.
