“You are never too old to learn.” “Don’t pretend to know more than you do because you are dealing with a lot of smart people in this industry and they will pick that up very easily.” “Every mold shop should have good sales people, a can-do attitude, an ‘always a solution’ culture and curiosity.”

These are just a few words of wisdom shared by MGS Mfg Group Business Development Managers Mark Ypsilantis and Brad Bollech during my conversation with them for another episode of The Manufacturing Alliance Podcast with Tony Demakis.

This dynamic duo did not hide their passion for mold manufacturing, their commitment to the next generation workforce (which requires a passion and patience), and their experience with the campus of capabilities that is MGS Mfg Group of Germantown, Wisconsin.

Known for technically-challenging work, such as multi-shot technology, consolidation of operations, the Cadillac of custom automation cells and taking a production solution and dialing it in, the energic team at MGS likes the simple stuff too.

MGS is a three-in-one solution: moldmaking, automation equipment and molding. On top of that it has a technology center for mold validation.
