BIG KAISER Adds Standard Inch Size for U.S. Market
Big Kaiser has added inch standard sizes for the U.S. market to the production of its Big-Plus BBT30 basic arbors (shell mill holders, end mill holders, shrink fit and blanks). The first batch of products produced in the U.S. with inch standard sizes is now available. The expansion enables enhancements to the BBT30 program that satisfy demands specific to the North American market. Custom tools can be ordered, produced and delivered more quickly. An inch-based BBT30 shrink fit series is being introduced to complement the 10 metric sizes currently offered. Standard items available in sizes 1/4, 3/8, 1/2, 5/8 and 3/4-inch. A single blank size has been added to give customers the ability to make special tools on their own. Additional grinding services and custom manufacturing are available. DP Technology Launches Redesigned ESPRIT CAM Website
The virtual home of the ESPRIT CAM system has a new look. After several months of design and development, DP Technology has unveiled its completely revamped website. Completed in-house by the company’s Camarillo-based marketing team, the website is expected to bring big benefits to website visitors. The updated website includes an up-to-date layout and improved navigation, making it easier for visitors to quickly find the information they need. The team incorporated today’s best practices for SEO, design and UX to create an experience that looks sharp and functions at today’s standards. The new website also features custom translations in three languages with plans to add seven additional languages by the end of 2019. In addition to improving the way visitors interact with the website, the company hopes the updated design will improve search engine performance, bolstering their reputation as a leader in CAM software.
