If you missed the feature, video or workshop at Amerimold, no worries. We invited them to present a FREE webinar at 2pm EST tomorrow, August 27th that will dive into how they do what they do when it comes to finding, training and retaining its next-generation skilled workforce.

Westminster Tool’s talent development system has allowed them to create a backlog of new candidates, during a nationwide workforce shortage. The Westminster Tool process attracts the right people during the hiring process and gives employees the tools to improve the proficiency of self and develop their careers within the organization. Through this, the Westminster Tool team has transformed from a group of inexperienced enthusiastic employees to a high-performing team. This seminar will provide actionable insights for attendees to adapt or improve upon their talent development approach and will focus on the following: becoming an employer of choice, developing a strong foundation and retaining talent.

Primary Topics

• Becoming an employer of choice
• Developing a strong cultural foundation
• Implementing a training process
• Retaining top talent

Kylee Carbone joined Westminster Tool in 2011 as a marketing intern where she quickly discovered her passion for talent development and manufacturing. While Kylee wears many hats at Westminster Tool, her current role is focused on helping all employees to recognize and reach their greatest potential through utilizing Westminster Academy, a self-grown digital apprenticeship program, and working with employees to develop individual growth plans. Kylee’s passion stretches well beyond Westminster Tool and she has been recognized by the Eastern Connecticut Chamber of Commerce with a “40 under 40” award and by the American Mold Builders Association as an Educational Outreach Champion in 2017.
