Amerimold connects buyers and sellers of products and services used for designing, building, maintaining, processing and managaing molds, so here is a quick look at some products, equipment and services that will be showcased on the show floor.
In addition to the exhibits, this year the show floor is featuring a few technology demonstrations. Available to all show floor registrants will be the opportunity to see real machines, in action, on the show floor. Selected builders will be given the chance to give a presentation about a specific technology, while demonstrating how it works live on the show floor.

9:15 am -- TAKUMI
THE 5 “MUST HAVE” FEATURES FOR YOUR NEXT CNC MACHINE
Not all CNC machines are built the same. Join us in Takumi's booth to learn about the five machine design features that matter the most and how they affect a part’s surface finish, accuracy, repeatability, and cycle time. We will look at “what’s under the hood” (the sheet metal) to explain the differences of key machine design decisions and the impact they have on the finished part.
11:30 -- AST TECHNOLOGY
MONITOR, MAINTAIN AND MAXIMIZE YOUR TOOLING ASSETS
Thursday, June 15th
In our world today, everything is monitored in one form or another. Manufacturers monitor many parts of their business but often neglect their most important asset, their molds. Monitoring molds is a key step in being able to benchmark KPI in order to improve performance. The CVe platform (Monitor, OnDemand and Live) helps monitor molds and the KPI’s with the greatest impact. CVe gives a user the ability to see as macro or micro a view of their fleet of tools performance. Monitoring the water flow and temperature is another critical piece of data that can be accomplished using System Cooling. The impact of improper cooling can affect cycle, quality and consistency. CVe and System Cooling provide comprehensive mold monitoring and the data to help guide decision making that can have an impact throughout an organization.
9:15 am -- WITTMANN BATTENFELD
FASTER MOLD CHANGES WITH WITTMANN 4.0 CONNECTIVITY
Join David Preusse, President of Wittmann Battenfeld Inc., as he takes visitors through several stations of the Wittmann Battenfeld workcell to demonstrate the technologies and how they are all connected through one central machine controller, which allows for fast, simple control of the entire molding process.
11:30 -- TOYODA AND YG-1
MACHINING AND TOOLING COLLABORATION
Join us in Toyoda's booth to see the latest developments in roughing and finishing of hardened materials. It will feature the accuracy and rigidity of both Toyoda's Stealth 965 and YG-1's new line of die/mold specific tooling.

Moldmakers are under constant pressure to cut costs and production time. Determining whether high-speed milling or EDM'ing - or perhaps a combination of both - is the best option may be what makes or breaks a job.
High Energy Applied Technology will produce the accuracy, geometry, speed and surface finish that is required of today’s high quality molds.
