Hurco Companies, Inc., continues its commitment to help customers navigate the ever-evolving technology landscape by partnering with BMO Automation, a company that shares Hurco’s mission to help manufacturers increase productivity and profitability. “Our customers tell us that ‘finding qualified machinists’ is the primary impediment to their company’s growth,” says Paul Gray, Hurco vice president, R&D and product development. “The formation of this preferred partnership with BMO is another way we can help our customers identify meaningful technologies and automation packages to solve the problems they face on a daily basis.”
iD Additives, Inc. has named PCS Company of Fraser, Michigan, as its exclusive distributor to injection molders and moldmakers in the U.S.A. for its iD Eco-Pro 360 rust removal systems. The agreement is effective immediately. iD Additives will continue to sell and market iD Eco-Pro 360 directly for other non-injection molding related rust removal applications including extrusion, blow molding, and non-plastics processes. “We are very excited about this agreement,” said Nick Sotos, president of iD Additives. “PCS knows the benefits that iD Eco-Pro 360 can provide molders, they have a very strong sales network and are one of the leading suppliers to the injection molding industry in the USA.”
RJG and HRSflow have partnered up to provide an advanced process control solution, specifically for servo valve gate technology or independent cavity control. The companies conducted a demonstration that included placing sensors in three different-sized cavities of a family mold. In addition, they strategically placed temperature sensors, which communicate with the advanced servo-driven valve gate Flexflow hot runner system via the RJG eDart system.
