Rick Hecker, Gary Schulz and Michael Nye of Eifel Mold & Engineering in Fraser, Michigan describe the shop's use of 3+2 machining to mill injection molds. The shop uses PowerMill software from Delcam to program a five-axis machining center from Hermle. One of the shop's specialties is mold tooling related to automotive steering wheels, an example of which is shown in the video.
