A Special Message from Erowa Technology Inc.

EROWA Introduces Their New Line of Automation Systems

FTS - Fine Tooling System

FTS - Fine Tooling System

The Fine Tooling System consists of an FTS chuck and pallet. The FTS chuck, although small in stature, 23mm, provides 400N of clamping power. The FTS precision pallet is manufactured out of one piece of steel to ensure the best accuracy, less than .002mm repeatability. Only 4mm of clearance is needed to lift the pallet from the chuck. Overall the entire FTS chuck and pallet measure less than 30mm.

EROWA Lift 250

EROWA Lift 250

The EROWALift 250 is another member of the family of manual lifting devices designed to assist the operator to load either the machine or robot. The maximum transfer weight is 550 lbs, which lends itself well to moving heavy pallets and fixtures that in the past may have only been moved by overhead crane or gantry. With the expanded Z travel offered on the EROWALift 250, reaching the highest level of the robot magazine or rack can be easily done.

EROWA Robot Multi

EROWA Robot Multi

Built as a compact handling system, the Robot Multi, services one or two machines, up to 6 types of chucks and has a transfer weight capacity of up to 175lbs. Its monobloc chasis design provides small cell footprint and linear floor layouts. The highly accessible magazine, with minimal security guarding, allows for loading from three sides and will also accommodate crane loading.
