DocMagnet will premier its Permanent-Electro Magnetic Chuck specifically engineered for hard milling applications (DMMC-HM).
Due to the development of a new magnetic material, there are no rare-earth magnets, facilitating a demagnetizing capability making it easier to remove hardened steel workpieces from the chuck surface. Each chuck has an all-steel surface and supplied flush with no protrusions—no resin and no soft metals.
The system is available in any size (4-inch increments width or length). Each pole can deliver over 1500 pounts of clamp force and with each product, DocMagnet provides a stock removal calculator ensuring optimum cut performance.
