The new job management solution MyWorkPLAN, officially launching at IMTS 2006 in Chicago, is the result. With the rise of global competition, there is clearly a growing need for good quality job management solutions specifically designed to help small to medium sized custom manufacturers reduce their manufacturing costs and become more competitive. Most solutions currently on the market require a lengthy installation and implementation process, are often difficult to use and can be expensive. Most of them simply do not meet the very exact requirements of the industry or activities they target. An attractive user interface hosts four modules for efficient job management, from creating quotations through to time and resource management. Designed with an innovative concept for working data, MyWorkPLAN displays all data related to each project such as e-mails, Excel® spreadsheet and even CAD data in a clear tree structure inspired by Windows Explorer®. Data can be retrieved or filtered at a click of a mouse. MyWorkPLAN also comes with the “MyWorkPLAN Analyzer” which can be used to analyse CAD data in most formats, ensuring accurate quotations are generated fast and jobs won. MyWorkPLAN is designed to integrate easily into the user’s working environment and quickly beds in with existing software such as MS Office® and CAD systems. This allows the user to get the best out of all their software, for example, the powerful data processing capability of MyWorkPLAN and the familiar printing options of MS Office®, from directly within MyWorkPLAN.
