Dytron Corporation (Fraser, MI) will exhibit its Microtron 1A System, its Microtron AC/DC System, its Hands-Free Microscope System, its Laser Welding System and many handy accessories. The Microtron 1A system’s unique power source is specifically manufactured to provide its operator with the most precise and controlled true TIG arc available today. To the operator, this means a smaller heat effected zone when depositing alloy, less filler alloy is required in the deposit itself to affect the repair, reduced time required for any subsequent finishing operations. The Microtron AC/DC system is designed with the same advanced arc characteristics as our Microtron 1A system with the added benefit of having AC polarity available for use on aluminum alloys. Our Zoom Stereo Microscope System has Dytron’s revolutionary Hands Free Feature. This system is revolutionary in its concept. Never before has the microwelder been able to position his hands in the area to be repaired and then not have to move one hand or the other in order to slide a cover lens into position under the microscope. Dytron offers a full line of micro and standard size welding wires from diameters .003 to 5/32. We stock not only standard alloys (S-7, P-20, H-12, H-13, 420 etc.), but exotic alloys as well. All Dytron Wires are specially cleaned at our facility to ensure maximum alloy performance and weld deposit integrity. Other Laser and Micro welding accessories also are available.
