The result can then be exported to a CAD system to complete the modeling and the engineering. VISI-Points is a program for editing 3D scanned data, usually point cloud and mesh. VISI Points imports both point-cloud and polygon-mesh data acquired from various 3D scanners and measurement devices. A 3D point cloud obtained from any measurement system can easily and quickly be processed and transformed into a watertight meshed model valid for rapid prototyping, finite element analysis, simulation, animation, control and inspection, etc. VISI-Points Merge is a tool for aligning and merging several point clouds or meshes in a single model.
