According to the company, large-part applications typically require a hot runner system with long nozzle lengths to compensate for the effects of hot runner expansion. Thermoplay’s system includes a network of joints that distributes the expansions inside the manifold, enabling the use of shorter-length nozzles. The system is supplied prewired in various configurations and is equipped with conditioning and electrical circuits, and a pneumatic/hydraulic system.
