(Oxnard, CA) will display the EC-400PP HMC, which features a fully integrated, six-station pallet pool to bring true “lights out” machining capability to small- and medium-sized manufacturers and production shops. Features include a features a 20" x 20" x 20"work cube, a six-station pallet pool with 400 mm pallets, and a high-precision, one-degree pallet indexer. Also shown will be the TM-1P Toolroom Mill, with a 7.5-hp vector drive spindle that spins to 6,000 rpm and uses standard 40-taper tools. Rapids and cutting feedrates are 400 ipm, double that of the non-enclosed TM-1. The machine’s 30" x 12" x 16" travels and a 57.75" x 14.5" T-slot table provide plenty of room for workholding and larger parts, and a 10-pocket toolchanger is standard. The TM-1P operates on either single- or three-phase power, and a one-piece cast-iron base/column damps vibration and provides rigidity—ensuring a high level of precision and repeatability.
