The VMX42SR and the VMX60 five-axis machines from Hurco (Indianapolis, IN) are space-conscious, big machines with small footprints. The VMX42SR has a swivel head and rotary table—meeting the demands of five-axis machining without taking up the floor space typically required of this type of machining center. It also includes software specifically designed to simplify five-sided machine programming. The VMX60 provides 60" of X-axis travel in a condensed footprint (26" Y-Axis travel and 24" Z-Axis travel).
