Materion Corp. (Booth 603) will showcase a variety of high-strength copper alloys for full core and cavity, core pins and hot runner components, including MoldMax, MoldMax XL, MoldMax V and Protherm.

With a combination of thermal conductivity and strength, benefits of the alloys include shorter cycle time, improved plastic part dimensional control, improved parting line maintenance, corrosion resistance, machinability and wear resistance, Materion says.
