The verification graphics screen has been redesigned so the user can customize what information appears, whether full-screen verification graphics or digital readout (DRO) or both, to suit programming, machining or concurrent operations.

The control also offers three remote jog options: standard, LCD and LCD wireless. The LCD units allow the machinist to set up tools and parts directly from the remote unit. All jog units feature a large 70-mm handwheel with finger-cup spinner, graspable over-molded body, integrated flashlight, magnetic base and T-slot tongue.

Also included are WinMax software features such as AdaptiPath, a conversational pocketing function used in high-end CAD/CAM packages that is designed to increase metal removal rates, support rest machining, reduce cycle time and extend tool life due to controlled engagement cutting. A Job List feature lets users group files together and run them sequentially without operator intervention, promoting automation, lights-out machining, program stitching, file bundling and adaptive processes.
