RobbJack Corp. will showcase the A1-303 series of carbide end mills which enables machining of deeper parts, slots and walls in a single pass with minimal chatter and vibration, thanks to its polished flutes and mirror edges. Well-suited for high-speed machining of aluminum and non-ferrous materials, the series offers H4 shank tolerance on all sizes larger than 5/16", and H5 on end mills smaller than 5/16". This eliminates tools pulling out of toolholders. The 1" end mill also has the ability to remove 42 lbs of aluminum per minute.

Crystallume is introducing three different diamond-like carbon (DLC) coatings—BlackJack, BlackMamba and BlackWidow—all formulated to create harder surfaces than other physical vapor deposition coatings. The adaptable coatings mirror the material being coated, producing a dull, tactical finish on media-blasted parts or a mirror finish on polished parts. The lineup also offers corrosion resistance and eases cleaning of the finished products.
