The solid carbide cutters also are equipped with a CFS interface to easy changing of the milling heads.

According to the company, through the precise tuning of the taper and face, the cutters can achieve a concentricity of ≤ 5 microns, excellent rigidity and consistently high quality. Because the cutters allow higher cutting and feed rates, machining time per component also can be reduced, increasing productivity, the company says.
