Tebis America has appointed two new product and application specialists to its Canadian team in response to continued growth in the region. Mike Mazloum and Antonio Sieza are charged with servicing primarily the Ontario market, according to David Klotz, CEO and president of Tebis America.

Mazloum has more than 20 years of experience in CAD/CAM programming and machining, including multiple years with Active Burgess Mold and Design. Sieza was most recently with Kapco Tool & Die, Windsor as CAD/CAM programmer and machinist. Prior to that he owned his own tool shop.

The bolstering of the Ontario presence along with the opening of a Southeast U.S. office, an Orange County, CA office and a move to larger corporate headquarters in Troy, MI all have contributed to the continued success of Tebis America. Tebis has seen a significant increase in sales over last year’s reporting and has also shown a pronounced increase in the number of new customers.

“Ontario is a hot bed for the tool, die and mold industry, along with the aerospace industry and has represented significant opportunities for Tebis. The addition of Mike and Antonio will help support our large and growing customer base in Ontario, as well as other provinces of Canada. The area is rich in manufacturing and we will provide customers and prospects in the area with hands-on service and training in a timely fashion,” says Klotz.
