All of the available positions are located in Farmington, Michigan.

  • Mold Tool Designer – This position designs plastic injection molds from start to finish. The Senior Mold Designer should understand and execute all phases of mold design, including: developing runoff and complex actions, achieving design milestones within an established design process, leading on design and development, and  creating feasibility studies and concept actions for tools.
  • Injection Mold Tooling Engineer/Tooling Program Leader – This position is responsible for managing all facets of the mold construction process, including: manufacturing feasibility, project planning and reporting, customer liaison, facilitating “cradle to grave” management from concept to design, mold manufacturing, validating, and ongoing service and support to ensure all customer standards are met.
  •  Cost Estimator – This position is responsible for analyzing customer data for cost drivers and developing cost estimates of injection mold tooling, including developing manufacturing concepts and molding feasibility.
  • Program Manager – This position oversees a cross functional team of professionals in managing all aspects of mold tooling programs, including, but not limited to: planning, organizing, executing, and monitoring all aspects of the assigned programs to ensure all customer requirements are met.
