Hexagon Announces St. Louis-based Partner

Metrology sales and services provider TriMet will sell portable and stationary CMM products in the surrounding area.

As an agent of Hexagon Metrology (North Kingstown, R.I.), TriMet (Fenton, MO) will offer Romer portable arm coordinate measuring machines (CMMs) and contract metrology services for that line in Southern Illinois, Missouri, Kansas, Arkansas, and Oklahoma. Said to have extensive knowledge of the Romer line, TriMet’s core competencies include reverse engineering, CAD modeling, large-scale scanning and tool building.

According to Hexagon, the partnership allows both companies to more effectively serve the increasingly sophisticated requirements of the aerospace community within the region.
