Now online at www.fastheat.com is a new website that illustrates how users of Fast Heat Inc.’s hot runner control systems can take advantage of the company’s commitment to developing innovative solutions for each customer, it was announced today by Sean Rainsford, Director of Sales.

“Fast Heat created this completely new website as an online embodiment of the responsive, high-touch service for which we are known,” said Rainsford. “Besides showcasing our standard technologies, the site demonstrates how we can address problems that customers are likely to encounter and support them in maximizing productivity and quality.”

Rainsford cited Fast Heat capabilities for custom-designing new and even retrofit temperature controllers to enhance part quality by protecting against burning, streaking, and short fills. The company offers a wide range of cables and connectors to prevent intermittent failures and downtime.

At the new www.fastheat.com website, a customer using the company’s Pulse™ or Ion™ controllers can now employ online interactive replicas of their interface screens to learn how these systems operate, or even troubleshoot them over the telephone with the help of a Fast Heat technician working with the same interface.

The website introduces members of the Fast Heat support team and encourages customers to contact them: “We answer phones. We meet in person. We follow up.” Customized maintenance programs detailed on the site are designed for reducing downtime and boosting productivity through system calibration and repairs.

Other resources at www.fastheat.com include an illustrated catalog of parts from major subsystems to cables and connectors, and a downloads section with white papers, brochures, specifications, and schematics.
