DME Company, a leading global provider of mold technologies, has named a new director of sales for the Americas, and two new territory managers.

Todd Castile, a 35-year industry stalwart within the metal forming and plastics industries, is DME director of sales for the Americas. Jim Mogan, a 29-year plastics industry veteran, is DME territory manager for California and Nevada, and Eric Jakobowicz, a 25-year plastics professional, is DME territory manager for the New England region.

Before beginning his new DME role earlier this year, Castile spent 28 years with Anchor Lamina in progressive sales and marketing roles, including the position of vice president, sales and marketing. Castile now oversees an expanding DME direct sales force of over 25 sales professionals, including a Mexican sales team that sells directly to plastics companies located throughout the country’s major industrial areas.

Reporting in his new role to Dean Froney, Vice President and General Manager of DME, Castile has already begun implementing new DME sales initiatives as a member of the DME Leadership Team. “Todd brings a robust combination of strategic planning skill sets and team building experience to DME,” Froney said. “His passion for successfully navigating a challenging marketplace will provide significant impetus to our mission to be an essential resource to our customers.”

Jim Mogan has a tremendous track record of success in technical sales and account management in the western U.S. for a diverse array of plastics industry companies. Most recently he was western region business development manager for Phillips-Medisize. Prior to that role Mogan served as regional sales manager for LyondellBasell for 18 years before becoming western regional sales manager for Synventive Molding Solutions.

Eric Jakobowicz brings a robust background of plastics industry accomplishments in the New England area to DME. Before directing sales and business development efforts for Modern Mold & Tool, Inc., he was vice president of sales for Mayfield Plastics, a role he was appointed to after having served as vice president of business development for AGI Polymatrix, Inc.
