	Tim Atwood - MSI Mold Builders (Cedar Rapids, IA) Technology Manager Employed with MSI for 26 years, he is now technology manager, responsible for implementation of new and existing technology and equipment for three plant locations, in addition to managing the IT and Plant Maintenance departments in the Iowa location.
	Andrew Baker – Byrne Tool & Die (Rockford, MI) Project Manager Andy has helped Byrne Tool and Die transition into a sustainable business culture with annual growth over the past five years. While working at Byrne Tool, Andy has gained a vast knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and how to apply them to moldmaking. He also serves on the board for the AMBA-West Michigan and the Michigan Tooling Group. He is a journeyman moldmaker and has been in the Tool & Die industry since 1993.
	Dave J. Faughnder - Faughnder Engineering (San Diego, CA) President Providing engineering services to the plastics manufacturing industry, with more than 27 years experience in the design of plastic products and the design and manufacture of high cavitation, high production plastic injection molds.
	Mark Hanaway - Tech Tool & Mold, Inc./Tech Molded Plastics L.P. (Meadville, PA) Director of Marketing and Sales After earning a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Edinboro University, Mark worked in the Pharmaceutical and Finance industries for a number of years in the South-Eastern United States, Mark returned to Meadville in 1998 to join his brothers in running the family business to oversee marketing, sales and business development programs.
	Kent Hanson - H.S. Die & Engineering, Inc. (Grand Rapids, MI) General Manager Employed by for the past 21 years: serving as senior in mold repair and tooling program refurbishment; lead moldmaker, assistant foreman/lead moldmaker, program manager in the engineering department, director of engineering and general manager.
	Stephen D. Harrison - Synergetic M2M Group (Wallaceburg, ON) Director of Global Business Development He has 30 years experience in the plastics field; a B.S. degree from Michigan Technological University and expertise in sale and program management.
	Richard Laverty - Chicago Mold Engineering Company, Inc. 	Scott L Peters - HunterDouglas (Owensboro, KY) Tooling/Process Engineering Manager For more than 30 years Scott Peters has been working in the moldmaking industry wearing many hats, including apprentice, mold designer, sales engineer and engineering manager—in addition to serving on a number of advisory boards, including SPE’s.

	Robert Vaughan -Fairway Injection Molding Systems (Walnut, CA) Mold Designer Involved with Engineering He is a part of a group that is identifying how they can move forward in their approach to provide to their customers costeffective tooling, on-time deliveries and maintaining quality with equipment purchases and tracking/scheduling of work throughout the shop—including tying purchasing into the workflow efficiently.
	Terry Wohlers - Wohlers Associates, Inc. (Fort Collins, CO) Principal Consultant & President Provides consulting advice on wideranging issues associated with rapid product development—much of it dealing with equipment purchases, hidden costs, what works and what does not, industry growth trends and forecasts.
	Michael A. Zacharias - Extreme Tool and Engineering, Inc. (Wakefield, MI) Cosmos Tooling Solutions Ltd.
