Come share best practices, learn ways to improve your profitability and become better leaders, managers and organizational contributors. This is waht the AMBA wants you to come out and do at their annual spring convention.
This year's convention is titled, “Impact-Influence-Ignite” and it will take place May 6-8 at the JW Marriott in Indianapolis, Indianapolis. Programming throughout the two days is designed to encourage attendees to reflect on their leadership traits, study their strengths from their current leadership posts and explore how they can better impact their companies and the lives of the people they lead.
AMBA Managing Director Kym Conis says, “We are very excited about our recruitment session, where attendees will hear from several manufacturing companies who are utilizing out-of-the-box recruitment strategies to build sustainability within their own organizations.”
Attendees will also bring home valuable takeaways from sharing best practices with industry peers in numerous peer exchange forums, including ignite sessions, functional area roundtable discussions, industry management breakouts, the first night welcome reception / supplier trade fair and the coveted Awards Banquet and Ceremony.
